So you wanna get into the brewing industry eh? This episode was bound to happen at some point. We dive deep into how we personally got into the beer industry and talk about some tips on how you can break into a really fun but hard working industry.

This episode Chris was not with us, but we grabbed Kevin, one of the co-founders of March First Brewing to get his side of what it's like to actually start a brewery.

There tends to be two mindsets when it comes to cellaring beer. Either do it or not. Some people say you should drink beer fresh and others say you should put that fancy barrel aged stout away for a year or so. We talk about what we think about cellaring and we crack open some beers from our own cellars. This was a super fun one with a huge variety of beers including one from a brewery that sadly no longer exists.

Welcome to our very first episode of Shift Beers! We're a bunch of friends who work in the industry that love talking about drinking and drinking accessories! This week we sit down and try some readily available Oktoberfest offerings from the likes of Sierra Nevada, Yuengling, Great Lakes and Weihenstephaner.

Since many Oktoberfest events aren't happening this year we took some time to reflect on some of the....not so good times we've had at Oktoberfests in years past. Buckle up, this one's a doozy!
