We Had Beers With Danny // #67

In this episode we sit down with the one and only Danny Herold who definitely doesn't work at Sonder Brewing here in Cincinnati, Ohio. The topic of the show was crispy boys and we made a little game out of it. We all brought a craft and a macro lager, pilsner or other crispy beer to try. We hid our cans as we poured the beers out and we all had a fun time trying to guess what we all brought! In addition to the main beers Danny was awesome enough to bring some bonus Sonder beers backed up by some good ole fashioned bonus beers from all.

Little bit of everything came up in the show from dad fridges, to disc golf, and semi professional wrestling. So buckle up end enjoy!

RTC: Ready to Chug // #66

We're back with another RTD show. What is an RTD you ask? RTD stands for ready to drink and in our case we're drinking cocktails....except we're chugging them so they're technically RTCs. Why? Because if they didn't want us to chug them they wouldn't put them in a can. If you didn't already guess Beth wasn't on the show this week to stop us so we had no adult supervision.

Cory’s Mom Has Got It Going On // #65

You may have remembered Beth's crazy beer fest story from early on in the podcast of her and her mother-in-law having WAY too good of a time. Well, we had the amazing opportunity to bring the one and only Gail, Cory's Mom, onto the show. We focused on barrel aged beers, but dipped in and out of bonus beers throughout the episode while we professed our love for her son multiple times. Episode 62: We Have No Idea What We‘re Doing

This episode we start out with some lovely hard coffees donated to the cause by the one and only Julia from Truth, Beer and Podsequences. We quickly find out and are saddened by the fact that hard coffees in-fact don't have caffeine in them. Not gonna lie we needed a little pick me up this episode. It's the end of the year and we're more busy than ever in the brewing and service industry. Please bear with us this holiday season as sometimes things are gonna be a little rocky! As always we ended the show with some banging bonus beers!

This week on Shift Beers we drink some beers with weird adjuncts or strange combos of flavors. Sometimes breweries just go a little too far. Sometimes it works out, other times, not so much.
